We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns are based on the principal that item can be resold as new.
To start a return, you can chat with us or mail us at support@pogocycles.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Unfortunately we wont be able to pay for the return but we will be able to ship the new item free of cost

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Please don't drive the scooter/bike if there are issues with it as we wont be able to accept returns of used items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the initial shipping cost ,restocking fee and transaction charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that the manufacturer reserves the right of refund. If they find that product has been used , or not in the same condition as sent, they will refuse the refund
Cancellations
A fee of 20 euros or total transaction charges (which ever is higher) would be charged for cancellation. If the item is already shipped and package returned total shipping would be charged(depending on weight of goods)

Ich freue mich über mein neues Fahrrad. Es ist solide und leistungsstark und das Kauferlebnis war nahtlos. Einziger Kritikpunkt am Fahrrad ist, dass es größer und schwerer ist als ich erwartet hatte, aber insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden
Ich bin ein Student, der mit dem College begonnen hat und ein kostengünstiges Transportmittel brauchte. Es sind ungefähr 9 km in eine Richtung mit vielen Hügeln und holprigen Straßen, aber ich kann sie kaum spüren. Sehr schöne Federung und reaktionsschnelle Steuerung vom Gaspedal. Kam gut verpackt und alles war sehr sicher, aber der Sitz war zu fest mit Kabelbindern umwickelt und brauchte Zeit, um wieder in Form zu kommen, der Rücksitz hatte ein paar weiße Flecken, aber ansonsten war das Fahrrad intakt. Das Fahrrad ist im Grunde leise, man hört nur das leise Brummen des Motors und die Kotflügel klappern manchmal, wenn man auf eine Unebenheit trifft, Scheibenbremsen funktionieren wie sie sollten, Frontscheinwerfer ist sehr stark und leuchtet weit, Batterieanzeige ist genau. Der Rücksitz des Fahrrads ist auch bequem und kann einer anderen Person passen, aber ich empfehle es nicht, da es keine Seitenstützen für die Füße gibt und es schwieriger ist, das Fahrrad im Gleichgewicht zu halten, ich würde sagen, um einem Freund eine kurze Fahrt nach Hause zu geben okay, aber nicht ideal, eher geeignet zum Tragen Ihrer Tasche oder von Gepäck, das Sie mitnehmen oder vom Rücken nehmen möchten. Das Batterieladegerät wird mit einem europäischen zweipoligen Stecker geliefert, sodass Sie einen Adapter erhalten können, wenn Sie ihn nicht in eine irische Steckdose zwingen möchten, ansonsten ist das Ladegerät mit seinem Lüfter etwa so laut wie ein Desktop-Lüfter und ich gerade über Nacht in ein separates Zimmer stellen. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall den Preis wert und sehr zu empfehlen für diejenigen, die wie ich noch nicht in ein Auto investieren möchten und ein Transportmittel benötigen.
Stabil, breit genug für große Füße, sicher auf der Straße. Bergsteigen ist gut. Die einzige Sache ist, dass die Batteriebalken je nach Geschwindigkeit auf und ab gehen, sodass Sie nicht genau wissen, wie viel Sie noch haben. Auch kam mit europäischem Ladegerät.
