The Fiido E-Gravel C21 is designed to deliver the perfect balance between performance, style, and comfort for modern city commuters and adventure seekers. Crafted with a sleek 700C aluminum alloy integrated battery urban gravel frame, this e-bike stands out for its lightweight build, exceptional strength, and seamless design integration. Weighing just 38.6 lbs (17.5 kg), it offers the nimbleness of a traditional bicycle with the powerful assistance of an advanced electric system, making it ideal for daily rides, fitness journeys, and weekend explorations.
At the heart of the C21 lies the Mivice M080 250W drive unit, engineered to deliver smooth and efficient power output. Paired with the DMEGC 208.8Wh battery, it offers reliable pedal assistance for long-distance urban commuting or light trail rides. The integrated design keeps the battery well-protected while maintaining a clean and minimal aesthetic. The 36V2A charger ensures quick and efficient recharging, minimizing downtime between rides. Riders can easily monitor their performance and system status via a 2.4-inch LCD display, providing real-time information such as speed, distance, and battery level.
The Fiido C21 features a 9-speed L-TWOO drivetrain for precise and responsive shifting. The L-TWOO RD-5009-M rear derailleur and SL-5009-9S shifters ensure quick gear transitions, allowing riders to adapt effortlessly to varying terrains and riding conditions. The KMC X9 chain and aluminum alloy 52T crank enhance durability and provide efficient power transfer with every pedal stroke. Complementing this setup, the L-TWOO 9S (11–32T) rear cogs allow for versatile gearing options, making climbs easier and descents smoother. The Mivice S200 torque sensor ensures that power delivery feels natural, matching motor assistance to the rider’s pedaling effort.
Safety is paramount in the C21’s design. The TEKTRO HD-M275 hydraulic disc brakes offer excellent stopping power and control in all weather conditions. Paired with TEKTRO HD-M275 brake levers, riders can expect smooth and consistent braking performance on both urban roads and gravel paths. Whether navigating through city traffic or descending steep slopes, the C21 ensures reliable control and confidence.
Built for stability and comfort, the Fiido C21 rides on aluminum alloy double-layer rims laced with stainless steel spokes and brass nipples, ensuring strength and durability even on rough surfaces. The aluminum alloy double-bearing barrel axle hub (15mm barrel diameter) enhances rotational smoothness and structural rigidity. Fitted with CST/KENDA 27.6×1.57 tires, the bike delivers excellent grip and low rolling resistance, making it equally suitable for paved roads and light off-road tracks.
Every component of the Fiido C21 is designed for rider comfort and ergonomics. The aluminum alloy handlebar (640mm length, 31.8mm max diameter) provides stability and control, while the aluminum alloy stem ensures a secure connection to the front end. TPR non-slip grips (130mm length) offer excellent tactile comfort during long rides. The VELO vacuum full-fit saddle is designed to support the rider’s posture and absorb shocks for enhanced comfort. The aluminum alloy clamp head seatpost (M-300mm/L-350mm, 30.9mm diameter) allows for easy height adjustment and sturdy seating.
The Fiido E-Gravel C21 embodies the perfect blend of urban style and practical performance. With a payload capacity of 264.6 lbs (120 kg), it accommodates riders and cargo effortlessly. Its lightweight yet durable construction makes it easy to carry upstairs or load into a car rack. Very happy with service, arrived on time given.
Bought this bike before Christmas, but only assembled it today.
Took it for a quick spin and the lcd panel buttons blew off and don't reconnect to the panel. Needs to be glued or something.
Very disappointed as first extremely short spin and ran into issues.
The Fiido c21 has a lovely look and lovely feel. It's my first e-bike, and just within my budget at £999, including lights and mud-guards.
I use the bike for commuting and pleasure, and it handles roads and mild off-roading well. It struggles in deep mud, sand, super-steep slopes (up and down) and bigger rocky paths.
The (hidden!) battery lasted me 24 miles yesterday, ranging from 'off' to 'turbo' depending on hills. I will turn the motor off on flat roads and down-hills, next time. The bike handles and rides well without power, much like an older 80s rigid mountain bike.
My only complaints so far are:
Handle bars a little uncomfy, turning out more than I'm used to
Lowest gear is too high for technical riding and for steep hills and for medium hills if the battery is out. I'll consider adding a granny-gear on the pedal crank ring.
Another improvement would be to have up-down assist buttons on the left hand, and to have a simple hub-lock with a key.
I would absolutely love if the battery could re-charge on the downhills... Software update please, Fiido??
Good luck with this bike. I'm finding it hard greatly improved my outdoor travel experience!
I love the C11 bike
The bike is great. Needed high torque to get me up a large hill every day and it's working wonders!
Thanks Pogo!

I had no issue buying with Pogo store, in fact I was quite surprised the bike arrived relatively quickly and I could follow the delivery throuth their shop app.
In relation to the bike itself, unfortunaly on my second ride I had a issue with the pedal assistant that stopped working completely and right now only the throttle mode is working, I have email the Samebike support but I haven't got an answer yet. I'm hoping there is a easy fix to this and they give a proper support, but let's see.
