Good introduction

Ok price, build quality is fine, works well, but there are issues.
1: Steering is crooked, I've carefully checked handlebar install, but it's not centred. Which is fine, but weird. And it's a bit too "tall".
2: Very rigid ride, little or no vibration damping. Prepare to feel every surface imperfection.
3: Folding hinge or clamp is very loose and poorly set up. Comes loose, must be tightened regularly. Could come free? Rattles a lot as well.
4: Sharp edges around foot base. Prepare for ankle cuts and bruises.
5: Front motor brake isn't strong enough, I've adjusted it in the app, but despite setting it for max, I would like it stronger.
6: It is very front ended heavy. It's over 12 kilograms. Really.
7: Rigid slim tyres aren't the best for traction, be very careful on wet surfaces, or curbs and road cracks.
Considering the market and pricing, this is acceptable. I would really like a more lightweight option, and wider tyres with a bit of suspension.
7 points of concern, that might seem bad, but overall this has helped me enormously, having had to stop cycling due to a health issue. I get to work quick and without a sweat.

After brexit most items come with 2 pin plug as UK stock can't be shipped to Ireland anymore . We try to send adapter but sometimes it doesn't come. We will reimburse upto 5 euros for the same.

Law:- Its completely legal to buy, sell and own an e-scooter in Ireland. At the moment, privately-owned electric scooters are illegal to use on the public highway in Ireland & the UK. However they can be ridden on private land.Check local country laws before purchase
