A pre-order bike can only be dispatched once it is back in stock. The estimated delivery timeframe begins after the bike becomes available and the order has been processed.

How Long Do Accessories Take to Arrive?
Accessories and spare parts are usually delivered within 15–20 working days. These items may be sourced from other countries and can arrive separately from your electric bike.
If you order a bike and accessories together, you may therefore receive more than one delivery.
